Ingredients:
Pasta (penne or fettuccine) — 12 oz
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breast (sliced into strips)
1 onion (finely chopped)
Three garlic cloves (minced finely)
1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1 tablespoon Cajun spice
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper as required.
Garnish with some finely chopped spring onion or parsley leaves.
Directions:
Tick the pasta — The moment the salt is sprinkled into the boiling water, blitz in the pasta, then within a few minutes, drain.
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Next, mix in the chicken with- Cajun spice, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring until golden brown, 6-8 minutes.
Shallow Fry the veggie: Hope to make flames off and shallow fry onion, garlic and chopped bell pepper
Make the sauce: Add heavy cream, bring to a boil, add parmesan cheese, stir all together. Adjust the flavor to your liking
Add: Add the chicken and the pasta and continue stirring.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve. Enjoy!
