Ingredients
1 pound ground breakfast sausage
1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup thawed frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
5 large eggs
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1· Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)·

2· Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet, cook breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked for around 10 minutes· Drain any excess grease and set aside·

3· Prepare the Crust
Unroll the crescent-roll dough, separating it into triangles· In a 12-inch deep-dish or rimmed pizza pan, arrange these with the points facing inward· Press edges together, pinching the dough, forming a 1½-inch high border around the pan·

4· Layer the Toppings

Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the prepared crust·

Next, add the hash browns layer followed by a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese·

5· Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended· Pour this egg mixture evenly on the cheese layer· Finish by sprinkling the Parmesan cheese on top·

6· Bake
Place the pizza in the preheated oven· Bake until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown, approximately 27 to 33 minutes·

7· Serve
Allow the breakfast pizza to cool slightly before slicing· Slice and serve warm·
