Ingredients:

4 cups (480g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (220g) plain yogurt
1 cup (200ml) water
1 packet (10g) baking powder
1 teaspoon (8g) salt
1 tablespoon (10ml) vegetable oil

Instructions:

In a sizable bowl, one must whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt until the ingredients are well combined. Next, however, add the yogurt, water and vegetable oil to the dry mixture; stir until a cohesive dough forms. If, although it might seem dry, the dough does not come together well, add a bit more water gradually to achieve the desired consistency. After that, transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic. Then, divide the dough into 8-10 balls, flattening each into a round disc approximately 1/4 inch thick. As you prepare to cook the bread, preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one dough disc in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form and it turns golden brown; then flip it over and cook the other side. Finally, keep the bread warm under a cloth and repeat this process with the remaining dough, because this will ensure that each piece is equally delicious.
