Spaghetti Casserole

 

Ingredients:
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
3. In a skillet, cook ground beef with minced garlic, salt, and pepper until browned.
4. Mix ricotta cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded mozzarella in a bowl.
5. Layer the ingredients in a baking dish:
- First, a layer of cooked spaghetti.
- Second, a layer of the meat sauce (ground beef mixed with marinara sauce).
- Third, a layer of the cheese mixture.
6. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
