Ingredients:
- 1 tube Pillsbury pizza crust
- 8 slices deli ham
- 10 slices Genoa salami
- 12 slices sandwich pepperoni
- 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese (shredded cheese works too)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Prepare Garlic Butter:
- Melt butter and mix in garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
2. Prepare Stromboli:
- Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stretch pizza crust to nearly the size of the baking sheet.
- Layer ham, salami, and pepperoni, followed by cheese.
3. Roll and Seal:
- Roll Stromboli lengthwise, sealing the seam and ends well.
- Score the top with a serrated knife to let steam escape.
- Top with garlic butter mixture.
4. Bake:
- Bake according to pizza crust package instructions (omit par-baking).
