Quick and Easy Homemade Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1.5 tbsp yeast
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 5.5 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
1. Dissolve the sugar in warm water. Add the yeast and let it proof.
2. Once proofed, mix the oil into the yeast mixture.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, one cup at a time, stirring until a soft dough forms.
5. Knead the dough for 3-5 minutes.
6. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, turning it over to coat both sides. Let it rise for one hour.
7. Punch down the dough and shape it into loaves. Place the loaves into greased bread pans.
8. Let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes.
9. Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes.
10. Brush the tops with butter while the bread is still warm.
