Korean Fresh Mango Milk Drink

 

Ingredients:

2 large ripe mangoes

1 1/2 cups full-fat milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Mangoes: Peel and pit the mangoes. Transfer 1 1/2 mangoes' worth of flesh to a blender and add the sugar. Blend until smooth to create a mango puree. Set aside the remaining mango for later.

2. Serve: Pour the mango puree into a serving glass. Add ice cubes and the remaining diced mango. Top with milk and stir to combine. Enjoy!

 

Feel free to adjust the sweetness and milk to your taste!
