Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1· Season the Chicken: Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor·

2· Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat· Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature)· Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside·

3· Prepare the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium· Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning·

4· Make it Creamy: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic· Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy· Stir in Italian seasoning· If the sauce feels too thick, add a little chicken broth or water to adjust the consistency·

5· Simmer with Chicken: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over it· Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes to soak up the flavors·

6· Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle the dish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately· Pair it with pasta, rice, or your favorite vegetables for a complete meal·
