Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups crushed nacho cheese Doritos
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in the side of each chicken breast, making sure not to cut through.
4. Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture, and use toothpicks to secure the edges if needed.
5. Coat each stuffed chicken breast with the crushed Doritos, pressing down to make sure the coating sticks.
6. Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and brush the tops with olive oil.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the Doritos coating is crispy.
