Blackened Tilapia with Zucchini Noodles

 

Ingredients:

4 tilapia fillets

2 tsp blackening seasoning (paprika, cayenne, garlic powder)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon (juice)

Optional: minced garlic, fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Season the tilapia with blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and cook the tilapia for about 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.

3. Remove the tilapia and quickly sauté the zucchini noodles in the same pan for 1-2 minutes.

4. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve the tilapia over the zucchini noodles, garnished with parsley.
