Ingredients:
- 2 pounds fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and chopped)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 pint half-and-half cream
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole milk (or as needed)
Directions:
1. Dice peaches and mix with sugar. Let sit.
2. Combine half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Add the peach mixture and stir.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer container. Add whole milk to fill up to the fill line (about 2 cups).
4. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Cooling the container beforehand helps the ice cream harden faster.
